Edmonds is located on Puget Sound in Snohomish County, WA. Founded in 1975, the City of Edmonds Cultural Services and the Edmonds Arts Commission (EAC) ensures the arts are a vital part of Edmonds quality of life, economic vitality and central identity. Programs include:

The goal of the City of Edmonds Arts Commission (EAC) art exhibit program is to provide a forum where the public can develop an awareness, appreciation, and understanding of the visual arts through the exhibition of quality art works. An annual program of rotating exhibits features artwork by local and Puget Sound regionally-based emerging and professional artists.
Call to Artists: The EAC seeks visual artworks to display in its Edmonds Sno-Isle Library Art Wall exhibit space and its Frances Anderson Center Art Display Case
Eligibility: Open to artists residing in the Puget Sound region of WA State. Two dimensional works for the Edmonds Library and small to medium sized two and three-dimensional works for the Art Display Case are considered.
Exhibit Space Policy:
- An Agreement to Exhibit is required (provided by EAC).
- Artworks must remain on display for the duration of the exhibit (usually 3 months)
- Artworks are exhibited at the risk of the artist.
- All two-dimensional work must be securely wired for hanging and mounted or framed. Alternative hanging methods are not accepted.
- In the Edmonds Library, City staff is required to set the exhibit. The artist is required to set the exhibit in the Frances Anderson Center Display Case.
- Sales of work is permitted and is handled directly by the artist. Commission or percentage is not charged on sale of artwork. A list of prices and artist contact information must be posted with the exhibit.

EDMONDS SNO-ISLE LIBRARY ART WALL

The Library Art Exhibit Wall features quarterly rotating exhibits of solo and group shows. Located at the entrance of the library, this public space features a wire suspension system with fixed lighting for 4-8 two-dimensional framed/mounted and wired artworks, depending on size. Artists must deliver and pick up their work at a mutually agreed upon day and time. City staff is required to hang exhibits in the library.
FRANCES ANDERSON CENTER ART DISPLAY CASE

Located around the corner from the front desk in Edmonds busy community center is a built-in case with lockable sliding glass doors that provides a secured space for two- and three-dimensional work. The cases feature quarterly rotating exhibits of solo and group shows. Dimensions are 8’9” W x 5’3” H x 23” D, and is equipped with fixed lighting, ventilation and a power outlet. Small pedestals are available. Artists are required to set their own exhibit.
